FAQs

If you can’t find the answer to your question, please get in touch.

We understand that you might be unsure about booking an initial session, which is why we recommend booking in for a free 10-minute discovery call. This call is a chance to have a confidential no-pressure chat to see how we could help you, and for you to ask any questions you may have.

We offer primarily virtual/online appointments via Zoom. For confidentiality reasons, you will receive a new Zoom link for each appointment.

Our London clinic space is in Clapham. The nearest train and overground station is Clapham Junction. Appointments here are only available upon request.

When you book a discovery call, you’ll most likely be talking to Roz or Iwan, who will discuss your various booking options. If you have a particular member of the team you would prefer to see for regular sessions, please mention this in your email or during the call.

Once you are booked in, you will be seeing the same person each time and be in contact with only them.

You can find all the details about our qualifications and further training here.

Initial appointments are 55 minutes.
Follow-up appointments are 50 minutes.

Unfortunately the answer to this question is simply: it depends. On average, we work with people from anywhere between a few months to a few years. This does depend on the nature and complexity of someone’s concerns, and what happens along the way.

Ending a therapeutic relationship is a big decision, therefore appointments will only end when you decide they do. We always recommend having a dedicated ending session where possible for this reason.

We offer weekly and fortnightly appointment slots to clients, where we speak at the same time and day each time. Certain practitioners do not currently offer ad-hoc appointments or a lower frequency of appointments (e.g. monthly). While frequency is ultimately up to you, we may sometimes recommend weekly appointments when we feel this is appropriate.

No, we only see clients aged 18 and over.
